Within the broad area of management, there are multiple themes available to study an MSc by Research. Specific topics could be formed to investigate management at an organisational, regional and/or national level, as well as in certain sectors of the economy. Example projects include corporate governance and management in the pharmaceuticals industry; management of infrastructure development projects, such as housing construction; and management in the banking sector. Students may adopt a variety of methodological approaches, both quantitative and qualitative, as part of their research.
