The structure of international contracts is dominated by English common law principles. On this course students will develop their expertise in key areas impacting international trade and commercial law. This popular course explores diverse areas of the subject including: international sales and carriage of goods, insurance, international finance

international dispute resolution, and World Trade Organisation law. The latter is of particular importance since India and China joined the WTO.
