The MSc Corporate Real Estate course focuses on the management of real estate at tactical and strategic levels in a corporate business context. Students will explore the nature and workings of real estate and construction industries, including the related legislation and law, construction and planning, valuation, development, sustainability and financing of projects. Students will examine the role that real estate plays in organisations, in the UK and internationally, understand the frameworks for analysis of resource within them, and gain the knowledge and skills required to produce proposals and solutions for the construction, development and management of complex real estate and construction scenarios.
