The MSc Real Estate program will enable graduates to understand the workings of real estate markets and appropriate techniques applied in them. Students will gain the key skills necessary to embark on a wide range of careers in the global real estate sector. Core areas covered include: investment appraisal, economics, real estate finance, valuation, international real estate, development, fund management, law, and sustainability.
