Organisational change refers to the area of management concerned with adjustments in business processes, organisational structure or cultural changes within an enterprise. Its main focus is on people, and their performance and productivity. As a PhD, MPhil or MSc by Research student, students will focus on the latest developments in organisation studies, while aiming at the development of a framework to improve the success rate of change initiatives.
