Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are an increasingly popular form of collaboration in which a private company provides public services instead of the government. There are range of issues regarding PPPs: what are the grounds that justify a PPP launch; what are the critical success factors; how can risk be mitigated; how can partners effectively interact; what are the methods of dispute resolution. A research project in this area could investigate methods of risk assessment, forms of risk mitigation and other critical issues in partner interaction.
